[Robot Dinosaurs]

This game was actually a lot of fun here

I liked how the voice actor did the dinosaur roars it was a very funny sound in fact the whole premise of robot dinosaurs flying and fighting enemies clearly shows signs of a sense of humor here.

This reminded me of the usual games where space ships shoot at other ships but it is clear here that your basically satirizing that whole spectrum of generic games of space ship shoots at alien ships.

I get a strong sense of joy and glee here.

It's infectious and causes me to enjoy this game all the more.

[LOZ: N64 Ocarina]

somewhat below average here

as a video game tribute it's not too bad but nothing of over whelming high quality here. I find it interesting how you programed the buttons to be based off of songs done by the characters of ocarina of time.

I never played the game but i did glance at my little brother playing this really nerdy game before.

anyways it wasn't too bad of a music based game here but a feature where you play back the songs you made would have been adorable.

Overall creative energy wasted on a dumb video game tribute and i look forward to seeing a non tribute piece of work from you.

Can't go wrong with a drawing game

we all did drawings as children but either keep drawing well into adulthood or gave up because we worried over not being good enough too much but yet most of us still enjoy these drawing games regardless of artistic ability.

It all brings out an urge to create within us and most people don't realize that the urge to create truely is a need rather than a luxury such as cable tv for example.

and even if it was just a luxury it is the most important of a luxury since you are creating your own entertainment and maybe even entertainment for other people as well.

It was a neat little drawing game but it was lacking in features such as different color settings, brushes, brush stoke size settings, ect

and even while it only had one brush setting and the brush was only one color it was fun.

below average game and poorly compressed

The game itself while funny didn't need to be 8 megs little alone over a meg for that matter but that can easily be adjusted by using smaller mp3s, streaming audio and if you want it to loop forever.

Insert the audio into a movie clip and stream but try to compress the mp3 file as far as you can without it sounding terrible.

anyways onto reviewing the actual game itself.

The way you animated the photographic images of the lion was pretty funny and while it was mostly poorly done tweens of the lions legs the walk cycle itself added a layer of comedy and eating the endless supply of gazelle was a nice touch too but that is basically all there is too it.

As a game it earns really terrible but as a joke it is about it was a little bit funny anyways.

[Tag Breakout]

Interesting game but too big of a boxsize

I like the pong/ space invaders style game play with the spray can it's very different but i have a small thing to bitch about.

The box size was a bit too big to work with here since i i needed to use my scroll wheel on my mouse to see parts of the flash.

I would just divide the box size you used in half within my grounds gold and it will still show everything you intended to show but will make the game more easily playable.

For the future use smaller box sizes because it is a pain in the ass having to scroll down and up on your browser just to play.

Yeah. I had no idea it would be like that until I submitted it and tried to play it. Is that just the size it appears on Newgrounds or will it totally squash up my game if I submit it again but with smaller dimensions? Because I made my game 500x600, so it would be kind of a pain to go back to the original file and resize it because I'd have to change everything else too. -sigh- I guess I learned a lesson! D:

[How I Buy Petrol?]

Really fun and comical game

I like how the game was quick and to the point and those achievements within the game was a nice touch.

The atmosphere you set for the house and the neighborhood was very peaceful and the music helped a lot there.

I found the fact that the graphics were stick figures in a way actually added to the movie instead of take away from.

It was fitting here and i really don't know how to explain it.

As a game.

I would consider this to be somewhat average but you made up for it by your display of a sense of humor due to your accuracy to the events that unfolded such as sirtom making threats over the ngbbs towards his school.

and if you don't know who sirtom is or whats going than the sense of humor is still apparent such as one gag level in this game as an example.

Thats a postive step because the game can't just be inside jokes towards people that visit the ngbbs.

I would recommend including a link to the sirtom94's bbs post within a button because than this would explain more clearly to people what happened exactly because this game wouldn't make nearly as much sense unless you were following what was happening with sirtom94.

I also liked how instructions were unnecessary to start playing this game because than you can just get right into it.

I don't really have anything else to say here except that the game was the right length because games of this type were meant to be beaten in one sitting.

[Sirtom - The truth behind]

I've been following this whole sirtom thing

and while the drawings of the game were terrible, the game play engine was of a typical point and click.

But the main attraction here is not the game play even if that can be a lot better but it's the humor itself.

It was hilarious stuff from beginning to end.

It wouldn't hurt to add more options within the game itself such as more choices in the point and click engine and i can't say a victory screen would be needed since this what actually happened.

For 6k it's pretty decent

You answer questions on ways how you can make it to work on time despite the fact you slept in.

It's actually pretty creative for a text based game but was it really needed to have 4 writers for this?

I can picture this quiz such as this helping a lot of people to make it on time for work.

For a game of this filesize it's above average and great when you compare it to other small filesized submissions within the newgrounds portal.

[Helicopter: 2009 Edition]

Good game but controls can be better.

I love how you can just jump right into the game without instructions and this is not too common with newgrounds submission.

The controls are great but could be a little bit tighter because the helicopter reacts a little slower than me when i move the mouse.

I love how you even included sound effects for the helicopter crashing and the helicopter running.

The title screen looks great but the backgrounds within the game looks subpar at best since you put so much effort into drawing the helicopter.

The objects blocking the helicopters patch can be drawn somewhat better since consistent drawings drives your score up with the newgrounds public.

Decent game but honestly this is slightly below average all together.

I already reviewed this but i can't stress enough

how cool this game is. I forgetten i was logged onto my old account since there basically like 2 main accounts to me rather than alt accounts.

As you can see. I'am not very active on that one other account anymore.

Now onto the review itself.

I like the simple presentation and on farther examination the preloader works just fine.

It might be because of both my internet connection and owning a brand new computer for a few months now.

everything loaded fast and thats a very good thing for a simple game like this.

Your game can be optimized a little better.

I would recommend getting your hands on a flash optimizer program. It's amazing what those kind of programs can do.

They can sometimes shave off megs off your filesize without compromising quality but the downside is that you'd have to experiment with settings a lot until you get it right because sometimes some settings do compromise image quality.
